Payment methods
Credit/Debit card or Apple/Google Pay is accepted in the West Palm Move app and rides booked over the phone. Cash is not accepted at this time.
Transfers
Transfers between Fixed-Route and On-Demand are FREE. Riders will pay a flat $2 fare to ride both Fixed Route and On-Demand. If you’re taking On-Demand to Fixed-Route, just show the driver your ride receipt from the West Palm Move app.
If you’re taking Fixed-Route to On-Demand, show your proposal to the Fixed-Route driver.

1. Create an account.
Download the West Palm Move app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the simple signup steps.
2. Book a ride.
Enter your pickup and dropoff addresses, then choose the ride that works best for you. If your ride can be best served by Fixed-Route, we’ll show you. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
3. Meet your driver.
Check out the app to find exactly where to meet the vehicle. Your pickup will be a short walk from where you are, but it makes the journey faster.
